They don't call it EZ
App for nothing. All you have to do is log in (your user ID is your agent
number (Example: G1234) and your password is 00 plus the last four digits of
your social security number (Example: 001234). Once you are in the system,
you'll find it pretty EZ. Should you have any questions, just
